About CR GLOBAL
With the introduction of a new structure in the form of the Variable Capital Companies (“VCC”) since 14 January 2020, there has been many relocations of offshore funds and new setups of family office in Singapore. With respect to the Covid-19 crisis, Singapore is one of the safest cities for living among Asian countries with its handling of the pandemic stability, strong rule of law and global connectivity have enhanced the inflow of financial investments and capital into Singapore. The VCC structure offers more operational flexibility and more benefits compared to investment fund structures currently available in the country.
On 16 April 2021, CR Global Investments VCC was officially incorporated and granted VCC status under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) VCC regime. The first fund was established later in November 2021 and closed in January 2022 by internal fund raise.
CR Global Investments VCC is a proud signatory of Principle for Responsible Investment (“PRI”), with the objective of mutually reinforcing investment returns and social / environmental impact.

Dr. Paul Inthaseni
Founder
Dr. Paul Inthaseni has over 20 years of experience in finance industry, including investment banking, corporate banking, retail banking and fund management. He worked in large financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, Citibank, HSBC, Siam Commercial Bank and Bangkok Bank. In 2014, He was appointed to be the Investment Committee and the Advisor to the Secretary General of the Social Security Office in Thailand, helping to manage USD 500 billion in funds. Passionate in the alternative investment, Dr. Paul has set up the alternative investment company (Century R) on his own and currently manage over USD 800 million in asset under management.
Xiong Min
manager
As the CEO of FXHB Asset Management, Xiong Min oversees the management and execution of strategies & development for the company. She started her career in London where she tops the institutional sales for UK top Fitch solution Company - BMI Research in 2005 and went on to become Head of Sales as well as the director in APAC region within a short period of time. Subsequently, she worked for British FTSE 250 listed top brokerage firm IG as Head of Sales for Global Institution and was posted to Singapore to expand the brokerage business in Asia With key partners, Xiong Min went on to co-found two asset management companies in Singapore , namely Sunova Capital Management and FXHB Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
